Jordan Davis has done it all for number one Georgia. He even directed the marching band following Saturday's win.

It was a showcase Senior Day for Georgia star Jordan Davis.

The 6'6'', 340-pound defensive tackle has dominated college football this season, setting the tone for the nation's top-ranked team and top-ranked defense, a unit which has already proven to one of the game's best in recent history. On Saturday in Athens, Davis led the Bulldogs to their fourth defensive shutout through eleven games this season, helping Georgia to 11-0 for the first time since 1982. The best defensive player in the country didn't just make a point in his last home, he scored six.

Fittingly, it was Davis who scored the Bulldogs' first touchdown of the afternoon on a 1-yard dive with 9:01 to play in the first quarter. Sanford Stadium erupted. When Davis went across the goaline, he promptly went viral as well. Davis running for a score now stands as one of the top plays of the week. It wasn't just a historic moment, for the defensive anchor, but maybe a Heisman moment as well.

Consider that Davis doing his best Charles Woodson impersonation, bringing a little more lumber a generation later.

Davis has been the ultimate defensive playmaker for Georgia this fall. His disruption, requiring constant double-teams, has, literally and figuratively, been a big reason why the Bulldogs have led the nation or been near the top of so many defensive categories. Georgia has allowed just seven offensive touchdowns this entire season, with four of those scores coming in the fourth quarter of games with lopsided results. The Bulldogs' defense has been one of the stories of the year in the sport, with Davis out in front.

Davis has done it all for number one Georgia. He even directed the marching band following Saturday's win.

It hasn't been just an All-American season for Davis, rather an all-time one. He is, regardless of position or hype, one of colege football's most oustanding players.
