Led by 19-year-old Scotty McCreery

Labels are always searching for young male talent, and they seem to have found it in Hunter Hayes, Thomas Rhett, Tyler Farr and Scotty McCreery.

As the youngest of the group at age 19, McCreery is uniquely remembered for being the youngest winner of American Idol in 2011. He is currently finishing up his sophomore album, having said that he is trying to whittle down the final track list.

Hayes, 21, is riding atop the wave of his successful self-titled debut album. Despite it’s long, eighty-nine-week climb to the top, the recent release of the album seems to have given it the push that was needed.

Rhett and Farr have had success with singles their respective singles, “Something to Do With My Hands” and “Redneck Crazy.”
