With last weekend's loss, Chattanooga fell out of the Top 25 for the first time since the week of November 4th, 2013.

With their 21-7 loss to UT-Martin, Chattanooga fell to 0-3 for the first time since the 2-9 campaign of 2004. Also with the loss, only the Mocs 5th at home since the 2012 season, Chattanooga fell out of the Top 25 for the first time since the week of November 4th, 2013.

That is a streak of 51 poll weeks that the Mocs were ranked among FCS’ 25 best teams. Of those 51 ranked weeks, the Mocs were ranked in the Top 10 for 28 weeks, ascending as high as #3 on 5 occasions, most recently the week of October 20th last year.

Prior to Chattanooga’s 51 week ranked streak, the Mocs longest streak being ranked had been 7 consecutive weeks in the 1982 season.

Since the reclassification of Division One Football to 1-AA/FCS in 1982, Chattanooga had only spent a total of 29 weeks ranked in the Top 25 prior to the 51-week streak.

During the 51 week streak the Mocs racked up a 20-4 record in the SoCon, 3 league titles, and 3 FCS Playoff appearances.

The Citadel now owns the longest active streak in the SoCon with 23 straight poll weeks being ranked, dating back to November 2nd, 2015.
